Blue Hills Winter Fest
Blue Hills Ski Area, 4001 Washington St. (Rte 138), Canton
Tuesday, February 26, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
What better way to stave off cabin fever than to listen to Irish tunes, sip microbrewery beer and taste piping hot chili? Join the Friends of the Blue Hills and the Blue Hills Ski Area for an evening of winter fun, free chili tasting and live music. You can also enjoy the outdoors on a guided night hike up Big Blue or get your exercise as you ski down the slope. Then kick back with cool beer from the Blue Hills Brewery. For discount ski tickets, print the front page of www.FriendsoftheBlueHills.org or our Facebook page and bring to the event.
Ski discount: $15 for lift tickets; $15 to rent equipment

How much are tickets? how much is the discount? Doesn’t mention above. Sorry.
Does sound fun!
Should we bring snow shoes?
Thanks
~Stu
Thanks for your questions! Ski tickets are discounted at $15 and ski rentals $15.
You might bring snowshoes if you have them, although I’m sure there will be people without them!
sounds great! we can’t get there until 6pm. any idea what the schedule
is for the guided hike(s)?
Thanks
kb
The guided hike starts at 5:30, I’m afraid. (They’re scheduled to return at 6:30 pm.) But you’ll arrive just as the Irish music is getting started – and you can also try out the downhill skiing.
Are snowboard rentals also available for $15? Are beginner lessons offered?
Good question! I just checked with the Ski Area and they said the discount does include snowboards. There is a beginner lesson at 7pm for kids.
Hope to see you tonight!
