    Saturday, Dec 2nd,   9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Join the Friends of the Blue Hills to help clear the trails!  We will show you how to dig the dirt and move rocks to keep the water off the trails.  You could also cut branches that block the paths.  No experience necessary.

Wear sturdy boots, long pants and work gloves.  We suggest you bring at least one quart of water.  You may also want to consider bringing sunscreen and bug spray.

Trail events begin at 9:00 am at Houghton’s Pond main parking lot, 840 Hillside St, Milton.  We will carpool to the work sites, work until about 12:30 pm and gather back together for a hearty pizza lunch.  More information about Blue Hills trail events.
