Misty Pisani of Randolph won the ‘popular vote’ by receiving the most electronic photos on her photo ‘Winter” (below). Tom Amsterdam of Mansfield won the judge-appointed prize with “Great Blue Hill Sunset” (above). Each winner received a $250 gift certificate to L.L. Bean.
The judges had a tough time deciding! They also awarded three Photo Contest Honorable Mentions!

Not sure who judged this contest but it is supposed to be a Blue Hills Photograph, not dome photoshopped version of the Blue Hills. I did not submit but I do know who should have gotten the accolade. The rules must be too vague. Disgraceful!
Hi Debra, thanks for your feedback… the judges do have a lot of leeway in what they choose. Sorry you didn’t like their choice! We also do a “voters” choice where our websites viewers choose their favorite. Which photo would you have selected?

Which picture is blue? The lower one was the public vote. The upper one was the judges’ pick!
