Forest Bathing
Saturday, July 27 in the morning (register for time and location)

While your senses are always active when you hike in the Blue Hills, you may experience the Blue Hills a little differently with this program.

As a special thank you to our members, Friends of the Blue Hills members are invited to explore the Blue Hills with a guided meditation approach called Forest Bathing.  A trained guide will lead you on a slow-paced wandering that is said to promote wellness through a gentle sensory-opening invitation that welcomes us to notice more of our natural surroundings.  These therapeutic experiences could support a deepening connection with the natural world, opening us to the healing medicine of the forest.

The event is for members only, but if you’re not a member… no worries!  You can join today!

We will open up the session on July 7… sign-up for Forest Bathing here so you will get the email announcement.  Once you register, we will let you know the time.  Space is limited and reservations are on a first come-first serve basis.  You will be placed on a waiting list if you respond after the workshop fills up.
