Need to be cut off at the ground.	Lots of running water all along neart the 1140 intersection area. There could be a couple water bars added. Would require a bit of digging, but would greatly improve the trail in the wet seasons.

2020-05-20	Dexter Robinson	Skyline Trail West	2.25	Cleaned water bars for half of the adopted section, cleaned stone stairs, removed stray rocks and heavy saturated leaf debris from tread way. Picked up trash. Put rocks and branches in areas where foot traffic is off the trail.		Complete work on remaining adopted section. Cut and remove tree across trail near Rt. 138
2020-05-24	Bob Flagg	Summit Trail	4.5	Cleaned two grade reversal near top of trail and small swale downslope. Removed lots of branches, rock, leaves and other debris from culvert and long side ditch. Cleared debris from large culvert at split with Green Dot.		Need to continue clearing side ditch. Also need to clear debris from brook along parking lot at trailhead.
2020-05-28	Dexter Robinson	Skyline Trail West	1.5	Cut and moved tree across the trail near Rt. 138. Additional work on water bars. Created barriers where hikers were stepping off trail. Completed debris and trash removal on entire section.			Noticed an increase in trail braiding. Barriers may need to be strengthened.
2020-06-03	Anna MacDougall	Half Way Path	1.25	Removed small branches. All in all Path is in good shape. Will need to rake out two reverses nat time out. Very dry and two streams are flowing but slowly.

2020-07-06	Bob Flagg	Wildcat Notch Path	4.5	Brushed trail from Hillside St to 1083 removing small trees and overhanging branches. Cleaned all drainage structures including double culvert near 1083. Performed cleanup of parking lot near trailhead. Took measurements of log bridge to add planks.

2020-08-08	Bob Flagg	Half Way Path	3	Performed maintenace on length of trail. Removed rocks blocking the 24" culvert. Cleaned large grade reversal just up the hill from the smaller culvert. Also redirected the outflow from the grade reversal at the top of the trail as water was flowing back onto trail instead of the woods.		Keep an eye on the waterflow from the grader reversal at the top of the trail.

These need to be pounded in or sawed off as they are a hazard.

2020-08-17	Steve Murphy	Brookwood Trail	2	Working up from Blue Hill River Road, cleared all encroaching small brush and plants leaning into the trail. Half way up the trail, cut down two small trees (approx. 20 feet tall) that were snapped in half from the wind and were tee pee-d directly over the trail. Dragged two previously cut trees from the trail edge further off the trail. Raked out 3 water bars off accumulated brush and leaves to allow water to drain more easily No trash found on the trail

2020-09-05	Bob Flagg	Wolcott Path	1.5	Cleaned two grade reversals, one just before 1141 and the second just past 1141. A large rock hit been loosened but it was too high in the structure. Selected a different rock and rearrainged another rock to fix structure.		There is a large grade reversal right after the Summit Rd that needs to be dug out and some large rotted logs removed to restore flow off the road. Also two grade reversals on either side of the side trail from Wildcat Notch Path need to be improved.
2020-10-02	Ruth Bigio	Eliot Circle	10	Eliot Circle Trail. Starting at #1030 to #1045 (crossing Summit Rd) to #1055. Brushing as needed. Not very overgrown but we cut back and brushed to Summit Rd. Trail widens at #1045, DCR vehicles use this section of the path. We continued to brush and cut back as per instructions from DCR. Continue on Eliot Circle from #1063, #1066 back to #1030. Pick up trash along trail.	Jean Beebe, Anna McDougall, Marnie Bolstad, Nancy Dimock		We suggest that DCR replace a trash bin by Eliot Tower. Eliot Tower is favorite spot for picnics, families and school groups. Not excessive trash on trail, but we find if there is a trash container, it will be used. (There was one in the Spring, it was removed!)
