Boot Camp at the Blue Hills

The DCR and YMCA Boot Camp
Mondays and Fridays, September 30 – November 22
Every Monday and Friday – 8 week program
9:00am, approximately 1 hour

DCR MassParks and YMCA/Hyde Park co-sponsor the first Boot Camp Exercise Program at the Blue Hills Reservation.  A heart-pounding exercise, repetitive drills, running trails and sweating guaranteed! Wear workout clothes for outdoors (including heat, rain, dirt, grass and pavement), proper foot gear and bring water.

No reservations required. Class is free. Ages 18 and up. Participants must sign a YMCA liability waiver. Outdoor class. Rain will cancel. Available parking.

Directions: Blue Hills Reservation – Houghton’s Pond Visitor Center.

    I recently found out about the bootcamp classes. Is it too late for me to join in? If not, do I just show up?

    Was there bootcamp today? Myself and another woman were Waiting at picnic site 5 and never saw anyone. We were there from 10 of 9 to about 10 after.
