Houghton’s Pond Cool Summer Fest

3 children and FBH volunteer

Enjoy wet and wild fun for the whole family! The heat is on at Houghton’s Pond this summer but we will stay cool with wacky water games, make and take kid crafts, music, dance, live wildlife, pond exploration, free fishing fun and more! (Free equipment loans for fishing or bring your own rod and reel!) A guaranteed good time for all! Email: summerfest@FriendsoftheBlueHills.org for more information. Many thanks to Blue Hills Bank for sponsoring this event!

Directions: Take Rt. 93 to exit 3 and follow Cool Summer Fest signs to DCR Houghton’s Pond Recreation Area at 840 Hillside Street, Milton.

Perhaps, u can tke time to tell me about this event? How much to get in? What about parking?

    • Thanks so much for asking! This is a FREE event! The best place to park is at the main parking lot for Houghton’s Pond on Hillside Street (Milton). Houghton’s Pond picnic site 5 (where the activities are) is a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the main parking lot. Hope to see you there!

        • Deb, Thanks so much for your interest in the Cool Summer Fest! The event takes place 10 am – 3 pm. Most activities run all day long. A couple special activities (like Silly Sally face painting) will start at 11 am. So come anytime!

          Hope to see you!
