Join us for a Forest Bathing Walk in the Reservation led byJean. These slow-paced guided wanderings promote wellness through a series of gentle sensory-opening invitations that invite us to notice more of our natural surroundings.

Commitment: Please do not sign up unless you are certain you can attend, as spaces are limited to 10
