On Tuesday, July 25, the Friends of the Blue Hills community came together at Trillium Brewing – Canton to celebrate summer. The expansive patio just outside Trillium’s doors was the perfect spot to find some shade, have a seat, and enjoy the company of about 50 other members and friends. With Great Blue Hill literally right across the road, the views were a vivid reminder of why we all love and protect the Blue Hills Reservation.
In addition to the enjoyable company, we enjoyed complimentary appetizers, delicious Trilium beers right from the tap at the cash bar, and a competitive game of Blue Hills trivia. It was a joyous event with lots of smiles and lots of fun. We hope to see you at another event this summer–whether it’s a hike, trail maintenance, or other programming still in the planning stage. Watch the FBH website calendar for details.
