Earth Day Celebration – Canton Residents for a Sustainable, Equitable Future
April 24th, 1 pm -4 pm
The American Bird Art Museum and sanctuary at Mass Audubon Canton
Volunteer activities include: cleaning up garden beds, guided nature walk, exhibition tables of local relevant organizations (including the Friends of the Blue Hills!) and groups with information about climate crisis, our the environment, what we can do to ensure a sustainable future individually and collectively. At the event you’ll also learn about native species, pollinators and can take advantage of a free tree giveaway. Registration link.

Brookwood Community Farm
Seedling Sale, May 7 & 8. Public hours Saturday 11-3, Sunday 9-3
1 Blue Hill River Rd, Canton, MA (A shuttle for seedlings to Trinity will be available. No parking is allowed along Blue Hill River Rd.)
Each year seedlings are carefully started in the greenhouse. A big weekend sale in early May welcomes members and the public to the farm to select what they need for home, school or community growing.
