Houghton’s Pond main parking lot, 840 Hillside Street in Milton
While your senses are always active when you hike in the Blue Hills, you may experience the Blue Hills a little differently with this program.
As a special thank you to our members, Friends of the Blue Hills members are invited to explore the Blue Hills with a guided meditation approach called Forest Bathing. A trained guide will lead you on a slow-paced wandering that is said to promote wellness through a gentle sensory-opening invitation that welcomes us to notice more of our natural surroundings. These therapeutic experiences could support a deepening connection with the natural world, opening us to the healing medicine of the forest.
The event is for members only, but if you’re not a member… no worries! You can join today!
We will open up the session on June 2… sign-up below so you will get the email. Once you register, we will let you know the time. Space is limited and reservations are on a first come-first serve basis. You will be placed on a waiting list if you respond after the workshop fills up.
