Friends of the Blue Hills 2012 Adopt-A-Trail Classroom Training will be held on Saturday, October 27th at the Brookwood Conference Center, 11 Blue Hill River Road, Milton beginning at 9 am.
This training is only offered once a year and is required for those volunteers that may be interested in adopting a trail in the Blue Hills Reservation.
The morning class will include: overview of the Adopt-A-Trail program, review of the Adopter Handbook, question and answer segment and a short video about trail maintenance.
A light breakfast will be provided. An optional trail hike in the Blue Hills will follow the training. For more information or to RSVP email: Trailwork@friendsofthebluehills.org.
Learn more about the trail maintenance program.
I would like to adopt “Hemlock Road”, the trail from the dead end of Turner Drive in Randolph, to trail marker 5395.
Thank you for all your work on the trails!
