Aug 1 @ 7:00 am – 8:30 am
Your Morning 3-Miler @ TBD | Milton | Massachusetts | United States

How do you start your mornings before work? Brew a cup of coffee, read the news, or watch some TV? Friends of the Blue Hills has a better idea… Why not start your day with a 3-mile hike in the Blue Hills!

Starting your day with physical activity can boost energy, improve mood, enhance focus, and promote better sleep, ultimately leading to a more productive and positive day. Now doesn’t that sound wonderful? We think so!

If this sounds great please sign up below!

Please have the following for our hike! Hiking boots or hiking shoes & 1 L of water.
Optional items include: hiking poles, a snack, layers, tick/bug repellant, and camera (even coffee for those that need it).
NOTE: We are in TICK season! Ticks are active anytime the temperature is above freezing and the spring nymphs are known to carry Lyme disease, so take precautions, such as wearing long pants (tucked into your socks), wear repellant, and do a post-hike check!
