We’re celebrating our volunteers on October 3rd! Join us for a walk, followed by refreshments at Widowmaker Brewery!
Each year, hundreds of volunteers like you devote over 1,000 hours to helping to care for the park. Our volunteers cut back brush to clear the trails, remove invasive species to protect endangered species habitat. Volunteers also write articles, manage social media, organize events that engage hundreds of people and advocate for the park. The park — its visitors and natural inhabitants — all benefit from their extraordinary efforts.
Our volunteers are definitely worth celebrating!
At the Volunteer Appreciation Event, you can meet us at 5:15 pm for a short walk or join us at 6:30 or later where we’ll meet at Widowmaker Brewery. You’ll enjoy complimentary refreshments and can taste Widowmaker’s brew at the cash bar.
