Join David for Yoga and a Hike in the Park – Saturday, August 23rd at 8:00 AM!
We’ll meet at Fisherman’s Beach at 8:00 AM. Please arrive by 7:50 am and go directly to the beach. Do not wait in the parking lot. From the parking lot, head straight down to the junction at the bottom, then continue straight to reach the beach. If don’t see us down there, give us a call at (781) 205-0688
Starting your day with a yoga in nature allows you to connect with the outdoors, breathing in fresh air while invigorating your body. Your yoga teacher, Dave Demeo, will guide you through a vinyasa-style yoga class and some breath work. Dave, a resident of Milton, considers the Blue Hills to be his second home, and is excited to help turn the natural beauty of the Blue Hills into your own personal outdoor studio.
Dave uses his history of athletics and traumatic injury to inform his practice as well as his teaching, and he can’t wait to share space with people of all levels and walks of life. This class is designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind offering a supportive, inclusive, and sensory-considerate environment but is open and welcoming to everyone. Any body and every person is welcome! No experience necessary!
Please bring your own yoga mat, or let us know on the sign-in form if you need one provided.
We can’t wait to see you!
