Quarry Hills Citizen Advocates’ Community Meeting
on the proposed 99-year lease extension at Granite Links Golf Course

At the meeting, Quarry Hills Citizen Advocates will discuss due diligence that should perform before signing the lease, such as:
- Negotiating a better deal using an independent experienced commercial real estate law firm to secure more favorable rent and usage benefits for Quincy residents
- Engaging independent accountants to audit past/current finances
- Engaging experienced design professionals to improve public trail access to the Blue Hills, enhancing the sport fields, resolving traffic issues through a visionary master planning process

Would like to contact the moderator who was at the community meeting at South West middle School on May 4th in Quincy . I can’t log on to the google group and am interested in knocking on doors to get signatures pertaining to the Granite links GC lease extension.
I am a friend of the Blue Hills first and foremost. I would like Quarry Hills Citizen’s Advocates to leave our endangered species alone. Leave our forest alone. You are not advocating for anything for the Blue Hills. You did not contact DCR prior to pushing for things that will only further endanger our already endangered species. The friends of the Blue Hills have already done the work for getting the existing trails fixed up and investigating environmental issues. At this point, this groups agenda does not involve the Blue Hills. We are not interested in your attempts to destroy Granite Links. Leave us alone, leave our endangered species alone and leave our forest alone.
Why should we agree to any lease changes at all? Especially a 99!!! Year lease. We are giving away rights that belong to our children, grandchildren and great grand children.
DO NOT TRUST any experts appointed by the city. They are wolves in professional attire.
