Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch out those hiking muscles… and can help you relax after a stressful day! At this special event for our members, you’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as the great outdoors transforms into your yoga studio. In this mindful vinyasa-style yoga class, the instructor will guide you to focus on your breath and move from one posture to the next with intention. No experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you need one, just let us know on the sign-in.
